The house was built around 1620-1640 and served as a residential and commercial building. In the course of the later years the house became more well-known through its use as a Mercerie from around 1920 and later as Veglia Vinoteca, which is still attested to today by the large cellars with the barrels and old wine bottles. In recent years, the residential part has been gradually expanded and renovated in 2004, so it is in a very good structural condition. The expansion was carried out gently, so that many old materials and elements are still in their original condition.

The basement has two large basement rooms with gravel floors (old wine storage). The underground car park in the neighboring building can be reached directly from the stairwell. The heater is in the neighboring house and is a new oil heater.
