Description

The house was built about 1620-1640 and served as a residential and commercial building. During the later years, the house became more famous for its use as a Mercerie from around 1920 and later as Veglia Vinoteca, which is still witnessed today in the large cellar rooms with barrels and old wine bottles. In recent years, the residential part was gradually expanded and renovated in 2004, it is in a very good structural condition. The construction was carried out gently, so that many old materials and elements are still in their original state.

The basement has two large cellar rooms with gravel floor (Old Wine Camp). From the staircase you can directly reach the underground car park in the neighboring building. The heater is located in the neighboring house and is a new oil heater.

On the ground floor is the entrance to the house from the parking lot. The kitchen is closed with window. The living room is the former Stüva of the Vinothek with access to the Stüvetta. The old wood paneling still adorns the premises. Also on the floor is a daytime toilet. - Upstairs is a large bedroom in wood paneling. In addition to a children's room is a maisonette bedroom with a bathroom, which has been newly expanded.

The attic is divided and separated into the Estrichteil, which is separately accessible and the maisonette bedroom, which is very lovingly decorated and the old wall parts of the house in the design reflects well.

With the new building on the southeast side of the house, a common STWEG was formed, which regulates the use of public spaces. The spacious parking lot in front of the house, is in the property, the property still in the back part of the house belongs to an underground parking space, which is accessible directly from the apartment in the basement. The entire property is a STWEG where our part of the house is independent as a separate component. In the village all shopping possibilities are available. Also, the village is optimal by car or public. Traffic accessible. The nearby St. Moritz can be reached in a few minutes.

Public transport

silvaplana is located on the main road through the engadin and is easily travellable over the albula, Julier, Maloja or over the veraina tunel.

The Engadin bus has several bus stops in Silvaplana which are connected to the nearby villages.
