In La Punt liegt der Bahnhof der Rhätischen Bahn. Die Züge verkehren in der Regel stündlich in jede Richtung. Fahrzeit nach St. Moritz knapp 30 Minuten, nach Chur ca. 2 bis 2,5 Stunden, nach Zürich ca. 3 Stunden.

Die Linien 6 (Richtung Samedan und St. Moritz) und 7 (Richtung Zernez) von Engadin Bus bedienen mehrere Haltestellen in La Punt und Chamues-ch. Fahrzeit nach St. Moritz ca. 30 Minuten.
