Public transport

Pontresina is located on the pass road over the Bernina Pass. From the east, Pontresina can be reached via the Julier, Maloja and Albula passes (winter closure approx. November-June). In Pontresina is the station of the Rhaetian Railway. The trains usually run every hour in every direction. Travel time to St. Moritz under 10 minutes, to Chur about 2 hours, to Zurich about 3 hours. The various lines of Engadin Bus serve several stops in La Punt.
